How to update iOS 11 on iPhone or iPad

If you see a message says that an update iOS 11 is available, tap Install Now. If you don’t see the message the follow these steps:

  1. Connect your iPhone or iPad to a charger
  2. Connect to the Internet with Wi-Fi.
  3. Tap Settings > General > Software Update.
  4. Now Tap Download and Install.
  5. Tap Install
  6. Enter your passcode
  7. That’s it

Note: If you see a message asking to temporarily remove apps because iOS 11 needs more space for the update, tap Continue or Cancel. The iOS will reinstall apps that it removed. You may choose to update now, or you can tap Later and choose Install Tonight or Remind Me Later. If your device needs more space, you can update using iTunes or delete content manually.
